A.P. Moller Capital, the infrastructure investment arm of A.P. Moller Holding, stated that it aims to work with Ayala Corporation to expand ACL’s operations and strengthen its position as an integrated logistics provider in the Philippines.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions. Financial details were not disclosed.
